“Monet Vase”
Art Glass Vase $310
The impressionistic design reminiscent of a Monet painting is created in layers. By sifting different colors of glass powder on to the many gathers of molten glass, we build the blue background of the piece. Swirled together colors of hot glass cooled and crushed into frit, slender strings of glass and more powder are all incorporated during the blowing process to create our imagery. A final gather of clear encases the piece adding depth to the design.
